You got this—all you have to do is start!

We make filing taxes delightfully simple with our flat–rate price. Every feature included for everyone.

If you used a refund settlement product to help pay preparer fees, get your refund more quickly, or load your refund onto a direct debit card, your Economic Impact Payment (EIP) may have been directed to the bank account associated with those services.

The bank is required to reject the EIP if the associated account is closed or no longer active. Once that payment is returned to the IRS and processed, it will be reissued as soon as possible.

Use the IRS Get My Payment tool to track your EIP3, and request your account transcript to track EIP1 and EIP2.

Note: An error has been corrected with the Get My Payment tool inaccurately reporting that rejected payments were being sent back to the same account a second time.
